OG -> FG goes down?
« on: September 27, 2018, 09:04:37 PM »
How in the software would it be possible with the equipment profile to make the pre-boil gravity be HIGHER than the final gravity? I have no idea what is happening here and it seems to only happen with some of my recipes.

Est Pre Boil 21bbls                         Batch Size 20bbl
Est Pre Boil Gravity 13.1P               Est Orignal Gravity 12.3P

How is this even possible?

I would need to see your volume tab to confirm, but I would suspect that you are doing some top off into the fermenter along with some significant loss to trub post boil.  That would be the only situation that I can see which would cause the results that you are seeing from the software.
