Setting a default for steeping time and temperature

Hi,

All of my new recipes default to a steeping time of 30 minutes and a temp of 155. I'd like to change this - is there any way to change the default?

You can create and save a basic recipe with all of your favorite profiles (equipment, mash, fermentation, carbonation), plus the basics you use in every recipe (yeast, irish moss, etc). Set it as All Grain or whatever type of recipe you design most often. Give it a name like "Basic Template," go tot he session tab and zero out all of the user "measured" information so that in the future you have a clean slate.

Once you're all set, click "Set as Default" in the home ribbon right above the design window. It'll ask if you're sure, click yes. You can update the recipe any time and reset it as default.
