Used Turkey Fryer
« on: December 07, 2008, 06:21:18 PM »
Hi All, I am brand new to brewing. After attending a class at MBC, I thought it would be best to get a turkey fryer for brewing. Is it okay to get a used turkey fryer that has had oil in it? I know I have to clean and sanitize the equipment, but I am unsure if there would still be any residual effects from the container having been fried in.

Thanks for any help.

Clean/Rinse/Use
Should be no problems with this at all. If you are worried about it, Fill it full of water and boil for an hour.
