Beersmith only lets me add campden via the Design tab and when I go to the Water tab, it doesn't seem to be accounted for in any way. Is there some way to use it on the Water tab or create a new Water Agent for it?
Some LoDO (low dissolved O2) techniques use enough that it starts to impact water profiles.
