Mornin all. Was wondering if anyone has used beets in their magic?
I asked this some years ago and got no reply. I am hoping that since then someone has tried it out.
I have done some reading and they have been used for a wide range of styles, but there are no specifics.
Anyone messed with it?

Personally, I have not but recently there was a competition with Iron Hill Brewery and the greater Philadelphia area had two homebrewers (Lou C. & Tim E.) brewed "Dewey Beetem & Howe", a Saison with Beets
