Hi everyone,

I have one question. What is a the difference between Carbonation Est: Bottle with 56,12g of Table Sugar and Carbonation (from Meas Vol): Bottle with 101,3g Table Sugar. Which one I must mix with Beer before Bottling in Bottles.

Thanks

The 'Carbonation Est' shows the amount of sugar needed to carbonate your beer to the desired CO2 volumes with the estimated volume targets the program calculates.  The 'Carb (meas volume)' is the same calculation but based upon the actual measured volume of beer from your entry in the 'meas bottling vol' section on the sessions tab.  It is only applicable if you have entered a volume into this field, otherwise ignore it or measure your volume to treat and fill out the field to give you a more accurate figure for the amount of sugar needed to carbonate your beer.
