how and where do you plan on adding them? As a misc ingredient they are essentially just their weight of sugar. There are two different sizes, you could weigh them to establish their value. I think the "normal" sized ones are 1/8th ounce sucrose.
I ask, because i don't believe you can add them as a carbonating device, however you could translate their weight to the amount of sucrose (table sugar) is suggests adding. I would double check they are sucrose and not dextrose, should be on the label?
