Hi, I might be missing it, but where can I see how much acid to add to the sparge water to ensure it's below 6.0?

Thanks.

Mark

In BeerSmith 3, on the Mash tab there is an adjustment area (bottom right) titled "Final Mash pH Adjustments".  Here you can calculate adjustments that would need to be made for both mash and sparge based on the measured mash pH (you can also put the estimate in here if you have not measured it) and the target pH.  It will calculate the sparge acid needed.
