Hi!

Last year I made a raspberry beer which was quite a success. Unfortunately, this year, I made the "same" beer (thought so) and for a reason unknown to me, the taste and smell isn't what I thought it should be.

The beer smell like tomato juice.

It has an acid taste like a raspberry beer should have, but the raspberry is veeerrrryyyy far.

Anybody know what happened?

The cause could be anything from the ingredients to the process or even sanitation related. It would be great if you have the .bsmx files from both recipes and attach them here for comparison.

I will do this as soon as I can, but thank you for the reply.

As of now, the taste changed and it's getting closer to what it should be. Although, it's not the same beer as last year. I'm out for the moment, but I will be back in two weeks with more time for beer!

Thanks!
