I'm planning to make an ale with apricot puree in the secondary. Is there any way in BS3 to determine how much additional ABV the puree is going to contribute after it ferments?

If you input it as a "Secondary" it will not adjust the ABV accordingly as I believe the program assumes you've stopped fermentation at this point.
If you input it as "Primary" it will adjust the ABV accordingly.
