I have a great Oatmeal Stout. If you count the oatmeal as a grain its 5. I use Steel-Cut Oats and pre-cook them 30 min before the brew session, after that add them to the grains as normal. This is very close to a Young's Oatmeal Stout. As a variation I have swapped the oats with one pound of lactose (Milk Suger) to make it a Milk stout. Or you could add both. Either way its great!
