Carastan

I noticed Carastan is not in the grains listed in Beersmith's library (or the supplements)....I need to add this, but can't find too much info on the potential extract as well as the other items listed in the Add Grain dialogue.  I have found that it is similar to American and Belgian Crystal 30, so could I assume that most of those specs are similar to and just copy one of them?

Hi,
  The best source of information is usually the malster's data sheets (many are available online if you know who made the malt).  I don't recall who makes Carastan. Second to that, you could use the Crystal 30 as the differences are likely small.
