Demo Version:Brew Type function doesn't work?

Just downloaded the demo version.  I assume this is a fully function version.  However, for sample receipes, when switching Brew Type between All Grain, Partial, Extract, the receipe doesn't change.

Any ideas?

Hi,
  Try the "Convert Recipe" command if you want to the recipe converted between different types.

  Changing the field just alters the type.  Converting the recipe adjusts all the ingredients to match a different type.
