Tossing New Juice On To Yeast Cake With Pectin Enzyme


Racking a finished cider out of primary to the keg/secondary. I think I'm just going to throw the next batch right on top of the yeast cake.

Nothing was added to primary except for pectin enzyme. My question is, will I need to add more pectin enzyme to the next batch?
