Attached are the HERMS profiles I have.
If you change a profile in the databse (for any profile category), it's always best to make and rename a duplicate, then modify the duplicate.
In a recipe, you can modify a profile and the original remains unchanged. From the recipe, you can save the modified version, but rename it first to avoid confusion. BeerSmith will allow multiple profiles with the same name.
