Sparge option for dark specialty grain

I'm adding my dark specialty grains during the sparge step from now on, but I can't find "Sparge" when I select from "Use".  I've downloaded the update but nothing has changed.  Am I missing a step?

That should be it! I see the attached in Ingredients or opening it in a recipe.

I'm using BS version 3.1.08.

Interesting.  That option is not available on my Mac, which the computer I have all my recipes on.  But on my PC, sure enough it's there!

And this is interesting because it IS available on my mac... BS 3.1.08, OS 10.15.7

That option is new in 3.1 so you probably need to upgrade to 3.1 to see it.
