Did anyone find this or i am not doing something right,
I am doing a Mead recipe and it seems that the Sugar Breaks are only calculated on projected sugar levels and not corrected to measured SG. This means the 1/3 and 2/3 Sugar Breaks are not corrected for use during brewing.
