Baladin's Pop... a pleasant discovery
« on: November 03, 2021, 02:33:23 PM »
In my town there is a lovely little pub called Knulp. I discovered the craft beers of the Italian agricultural brewery Baladin here and was impressed by the taste of Pop.

It is a pale beer with golden yellow tones and a fine, persistent foam. On the nose, immediate hints of hops and citrus, light fruity and cereal notes at the end.

A pleasant, refreshing and drinkable beer, on the palate you find the hops with a hint of bitterness of medium intensity that flows easily in the mouth accompanied by a citrus of tangerine and bergamot.

Pop = Plain 'ol Pale.

Some days, that's the perfect style. There's a time and a place for every style.
Beer Appreciation is the space between pints.
