Good afternoon folks,
I have decided to try a no boil IPA after tasting one at a local brewery. I breed a batch last week and had a difficult time hitting my ABV and efficiency numbers despite 14 LBS grain bill.
I will give it another try by letting the grain sit on the mash for 90 minutes instead of 60. I am wondering if anyone has any advice.
In particular, what settings do you put on your Beersmith?
Has anyone seen a recipe on Beersmith for this method?
Cheers,
Carlos
