BS3 Pro- Cloud profiles not showing on all devices

My work has a BeerSmith 3 Pro account, we work exclusively in the cloud, and my laptop is the only activated device that doesn't show our equipment or water profiles in the drop-down lists. I can see the profiles in existing recipes, but not in the lists and not when creating a new recipe.

The only difference that I can see is that I use a Mac while everyone else uses Windows and Android. Any ideas?
