Another Copy Running: Unable able to fix

This bug has to be the most frustrating thing on the face of the planet. Running on Win10 and  I've tried deleting the .lck file as suggested in other posts.  This doesn't work.

Please can someone help?

 
Is another version of BS really running? Check task manager (ctrl-alt-del), pick Task Manager. Look for BeerSmith 3 (32 bit)
