My recipe calls for 6 lbs mango. It says (secondary 6 days). I'm not sure how to interpret that. Do I add mangoes after the 6th day in the secondary or add the mangoes at the beginning of the secondary then remove after sixth day (will use a mesh bag)? Or maybe add 6 days before kegging.
