OK, I have my sankes almost ready.  I just need to fabricate the pickups.

I have been using bro-in-laws brinkman burner, which seems to have good power and is stable.  The platform ring is just a bit too small for sankes.  I'll probably use a grate to make that platform larger, but I want a second burner anyway so... Ideas?

Check this out: http://www.amazon.com/Cajun-Cookware-Propane-Multi-Jet-Burner/dp/B0000E2VRS/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1240858027&sr=8-2

That's a propane burner, but it's also available in natural gas. I have natural gas and it is VERY effective. It will boil 15 gallons of water from room temperature in about 30 minutes.

I'm currently using the King Cooker.  It pushes 110,000 IBU's and I've been very happy with it.  Only downside is that it is a bit loud.

Stable platform unlike some other's with only a single ring for the pot to "balance on".

cheers

I like the Hurricane I got from Northern Brewer.  My European 50L keg fits perfectly on the ring, and sits down fairly close to the flames.  I've been quite surprised that I'm on the first tank of gas still, given the number of times I've fired it up, so it's efficient and quiet compared to many I've heard.  May not be cheap, but should be a long-term value.

I have one of these and it works great you can watch it in action on youtube. You need to fabricate the frame to hold a keg but other then that I can get ten gallons boiling in fifteen minutes.
