Since the amount of co2 dissolved in bottled beer is inverse to temperature does a cold (refigerator temps) storage period result in better carbonation and longer lasting heads ?
My latest brew, a cream ale, ABV 4.1 $ and on the slightly malty side has high foam level when poured. It bubbles continuously and does not hold its caronation level very long.
I aimed for 2.5 volumes using Beersmith and bottling vat gallons.
