How Do I Initialize the Inventory with What I have on Hand - Initialize Inventor

I have just started looking at BeerSmith and it looks fantastic!  But how do I add the stuff I have on hand into the inventory?

Pete,
  Just go to the individual databases (hops, grains, etc under the view menu) and click on an item to edit it.  Enter your inventory for each item and it will show up on the inventory report.
