I am looking for an extract or partial-mash Dunkelweizen recipe. There is a partial-mash Dunkelweizen in Beersmith, which I am attaching to this post. It states that 6.6 lbs of wheat extract are added to the fermenter (versus being boiled for all or part of the boil). Is that correct? I'm a new brewer and don't want to get this wrong.
