Bluemoon

Hi,

My wife to be  has just  returned  from a buisness trip  to San Francisco and is waxing lyrical  about a  Californian weizen beer that  she had  called  Bluemoon.

Anyone have a  recipe to keep her sweet?

Just as an fyi, Bluemoon is not a California brew nor is it a microbrew.  It is actually produced by Coors Brewing Company who go to great lengths to disguise this fact.  I'm not trying to imply that this beer sub-standard however, I just feel people should know who is brewing the beer.
