Question:
When I enter the batch size, is that supposed to be the volume going into the primary fermentor, the volume in the kettle at the end of the boil, or the amount that finally winds up in the serving keg?
I ask because I do "5 gallon" batches, but I shoot for putting 5.5 gallons into the primary so that after all the racking, etc. I have 5 gallons left.
I just want to know so that the OG estimate is accurate as posslble.
