Still only have 4 PSI after fermenting 3 days with a beer machine.

 I did have to take it apart and reset the main seal on day one! Water is distilled. Do I need to add more yeast to get this to ferment or do I have to just let it ferment longer? I know if it is too sweet,it's not done yet.PLEASE HELP! I did add alittle CO2 on day one to make sure it was sealed.
 
What kind of machine is this, a Mr Beer kit?  Either way I wouldn't do to much, besides measure the gravity if you are unsure.
