Hey all!

I brewed a 5gal batch of Irish Red from a kit last December and after 3-4 months bottle conditioning it was so good I chugged it.  Not my style.
My problem is I bought a kit from either Northernbrewer or Midwestsupplies and neither has the same kit for sale.  All I really remember was that it included 1lb of DME along with the 6lb of LME.

Im kicking myself for not saving the recipe.  Does anyone know what kit I'm talking about and what's in it?

So, maybe this is too long forgotten, but I think I have the same kit.

Irish Red Ale

0.5 lbs Dingemans Caramel Pils
0.25 lbs Briess Special Roast
0.125 lbs Dingemans Biscuit
0.125 lbs Simpson's Chocolate

6 lbs Gold Malt Syrup

1 oz Willamette (60 min)
1 oz US Goldings (30 min)

Danstar Nottingham Ale Yeast (my choice)
Wyeast 1272 American Ale

Sound the same, need more?
