Adjusting my Brew Sheet

So, in an effort to save some time I've changed my process a little.  Instead of decocoting some mash liquor and bring it up to boiling and then put it back in an effort to bring the grist up to mash out temp, let it run and then have two batch sparge rounds, I've started to simply add back the water I need to make sure I have to equal runnings with no real mash out.  I've given some points back in efficiency but I've gained a lot of time.  Anyway, my question, Is there a way to get the brew sheet to tell me to drain the mash tun before I do my second batch sparge round?

thanks
