Is there a way to adjust the time for lactose addition to the boil on the brewsheet? It's not available in the detail window and appears to default to the boil time.
Why does it matter? seriously.. I don't understand why ? ? It's an unfermentable sugar, but it does impact OG.. does this change the hop profile wrt IBU ?
My Chocolate Milk Stout had a huge OG (due to the Lactose I'm sure), and it had a huge FG as well.... but it fermented out fine.
