Coopers Liquid Malt
« on: September 28, 2010, 04:03:25 AM »
I am trying to update my Beersmith database with Australian liquid malts - in particular, the Coopers range.
Does anyone have any info on their specs
(ie colour, potential sg, etc)?

I think I would try Mark Henry at Cascadia Importers. I believe the web site is They should be able to help unless it's protected by copywrite. I have talked with him a few years ago and found him real helpful.
You could also try finding some homebrew clubs from Australlia.
LD Carlson is the wholesaler and I believe Northern Brewers work with them.
Here in the NW, I would try Steinbarts.
Although I do not use Coopers, your question reminded me that Cascadia has a lot of good recipes.
