I put this recipe into Beersmith the problem I am using the Honey almost as an LME Light. I have a 60min boil and I place the Honey in at about 30 to 15 min from the end of the boil. if I leave the Honey as a sugar I can't change the boil time Beersmith always puts the boil time at 60 min this is not what I want. So I change the Honey from a sugar to extract so I can have the late boil time but then beersmith always changes it back.
My other question is there any info on unmalted wheat by Rahr?
thank you
