Hi you'll

I want to brew a Pale ale, but have never brewed one before, have always brewed either Pils, Lager,Export,or Weizen.

I want to see what this Hype is all about with Ales, so need basic  recipe for all grain using Temp. Infusion, have 2 packs of Safeale S-04 for the 1st try. Please do not make it to complacated with all these differant hops and grains.

Also have at home these types of Malt to use Pilser Malt(Wayermann) MuM (Wayermann),Caramalt Hell (Wayermann) and Sauermalt(wayermann) i thank you all call Sauermalt acidmalt not sure.

Thanks for the help

I used Safale US-05 Dry Ale Yeast for a nice IPA
(a side note this was my first try at this)
And Hops that are growing in my yard I'm not 100% sure what type they are.
a mixture of Cascade Nugget and possibly Willamette or Brewers Gold.
I'm making my 2nd 5 gal this Friday. 4 of my friends have tried the first
batch and they all liked it. I was a little amazed at that since I only purchased
the starter kit. Basically 2 - 5 gal buckets, with the hydrometer and caper tool.
plus the airlock and some tubing
