I'm a bit frustrated with trying to enter grain values. I have a simple recipe that came with Briess Caramel 20L. I went to the website and found a PDF http://www.brewingwithbriess.com/Assets/PDFs/Briess_PISB_CaramelMalt20L.pdf but when I go to enter the information, BeerSmith seems to ask for stats that Briess does not list. In the case of a big company like Briess I would think this would be easier. Anyone have suggestions?

(I'm new to Beersmith and probably should not even be trying to answer this) Check out this link and just import the Briess grains into beersmith: http://beersmith.com/support.htm ---Is that a fix to your problem?
Wow. That worked for the Briess. I also am trying to find this http://www.northernbrewer.com/brewing/brewing-ingredients/grain-malts/caramel-malts/belgian-caramel-pils.html which they say is from Castle Malting. I don't see a file for Castle Malting. Any ideas on that one? It's a Belgian Caramel Pils at 6L.
