I did a rather stupid thing being new to brewing. I bought a 25# bag of Montana Prairie Gold hard white spring wheat at the local Walmart.  I thought I could use it for brewing in some fashion, after a little research it appears I may have purchased a non usable product. Has anyone used this for brewing and if so in what capacity. If you have any suggestions I would like to hear them,  Thanks!

I think you can search around for using unmalted wheat.  Belgian Wit and German Wheat use unmalted wheat.  You can probably use it as a protien addition for head retention.  1/2 - 1lb a batch.
