I was wondering why BeerSmith doesn't change the Estimated FG when you change your mash temperatures?
If I'm understanding correctly,  if you mash at 150 for instance,  you'll get a dryer beer,  and hense a lower FG?
If you mash at 158, you would get a sweeter Beer and a higher FG?

Am I missing something or is this just not a option with Beersmith.  Perhaps there are too many unknowns to
do a calculation?

150F, gives you a thinner, drier beer, higher mash temperatures > 158F, gives you less fermentables and thus, a sweeter beer.
But from what i can tell as for the program its just giving you an estimate
The measured Gravity should change though ...

Hmmmmm no i just tried playing with it it doesnt change either ?

You may have to just plug them in manually
