The amount of beer I can make is just not enough with the time I have. In 2010 I brewed 15, 11 gallon batches. I can't brew more often so the only way to produce more is to brew more with each batch.
As such I'm thinking about 18 gallon batches, as long as the gravity isn't to high that is, with something like one of these 25 gallon pots.

I,ll have to weld in some fittings but the price seems fair.
