Stainless steel fermenter

I want to produce conical bottom stainless steel fermenter. I have one problem. I haven't  place for capacity that I want to brew, if to buy with 600 conical bottom. But not all is  bad. May be  can I produce with 900 conical bottom? How can this work on yeasts? They can exit from fermenter?

With 90 deg angle bottom you might get yeast trub hanging up on the sides rather than sliding to the bottom.
