Beersmith setting to compensate for higher efficiencies than origianl recipe?

I have been working with some published recipes that usually state around 70% extract efficiency.  I have been getting close to 85% efficiency.  The issue is that I suddenly have a higher starting gravity beer that ends at the same projected final gravity.  The beer ends up being higher in alcohol and drier.  I have poked around the forums and people recommend picking a higher mash temperature to compensate or using less grain to compensate.

My question is there a setting in Beersmith to compensate for higher efficiencies in a more calculated manner?

Open the recipe then select Action and Scale.  Set your Efficiency and click OK.
