Recipes folder change option

It would be really nice to be able to change the default recipe folder.  So that one could change it to say a dropbox folder.  So I don't need to import/export recipes all the time to work between my laptop and desktop.

1.4 could just be ran from a dropbox folder.  But 2.0 saves the recipes outside of the main folder.  Which doesn't work.

Call this closed,
File Menu->Change Documents Directory

Put it in a dropbox folder... viola....

Could not find that for the life of me.  Can't find it in documentation either.
