Is there a way to calculate efficiency into boiler, like there was in version 1.4?

Looks like this has been missed out.

What you'd need to do vik is go to the 'Fermentation' tab and put your pre-boil volume and pre-boil gravity into the fields 'Measured Batch Size' and 'Original Gravity.' The 'efficiency into boiler' will then appear in the 'Measured Efficiency' field.

You'd then have to make a note of it in the Notes field as you'll want to reuse these fields for the proper use later in the brew. Can't see any other way around this one for now. Hopefully a field for 'Efficiency into Boiler' will come out in a patch or something.

Agreed on a update to re-add this.  While the workaround you provided will do for now it would be nice to not have to do this.

Hi,
I believe what you are looking for is measured mash efficiency (which is the efficiency into the boiler) - its on the mash details tab.  There is both an estimate and measured value here - the measured one is based on the pre-boil gravity and pre-boil volume measured.

Learning something new ever hour - totally missed that one  :D. Thanks Brad!
