adding custom ingredents

does any one know how to add custom ingredient blend  I have 3 different types of hops that I use as a blend added at various times for IPA's
 
I would add it as a new hop ingredient (My Hop Blend or something like that) - just average the alpha values out in proportion to your additions and it should come out very close.

Thanks Brad I was thinking along those lines but was unsure.  I just did it and the value came out the same 116.1 IBU's
