Anyway to remove them.  All items fit in the confines of the screen, and it always seems to default to the bottom of each area so when you want to change tabs you have to scroll back up.

Hi,
  The scroll bars are there mainly for those who add a lot of custom fields.

  In the future I would like to make it adjust with the number of custom fields.
