Trying to strike it out on my own here in a bit, but a second opinion or ever third, fourth, or fifteen is appreciated. I'm not entirely sure if the hallertauer is a good choice, and I'm concerned about the amount of malt and honey. I want it to be a honey amber ale, so clearly I want honey to play a part and I think it does to an extent. Do I really need the honey malt? Basically, someone tell me if this seems like it will suck or not.
