Entering new recipe

Every time I hit "new recipe" I get an old recipe that pops up. I don't get a blank recipe screen. I have even deleted the other recipe but it still comes up. Anyone else have this occur?

Hit "New Recipe", delete all the ingredients, blank out the name, put yourself in as brewer and choose your equipment profile.  Next hit "set as default" (near the top center of the screen). Then hit cancel so you don't enter a blank recipe.  The next time you hit "New Recipe" it should be blank with you as the brewer.

Did I hit "set as default" when the recipe came up originally?
