I'm a bit confused, what are you looking for?

Fred

I'm looking for any hints that will give the best results. Things that are not put down on the recipie.

The biggest hint I can give you is to ferment cool, in the low 60's.  That is characteristic of the style.

Fred

I agree with Fred, ferment cool with plenty of good lager yeast. I also dry hop for at least 14 days with a full oz to oz & a half of Hallertauer buds.

May all your boil overs be happy ones, U.J.
