alternate english unit option

It would be nice if there was an option that would display volume in gallons - quarts - cups , rather than using a decimal point (ie 1 gallon 3 quarts rather than 1.75 gallons).  I always take note of the water volumes in this format manually, and it would be nice if the program did it for me.  Just a thought.

Change your units to metric. It makes all the calculations easier. Not joking either. Listen to Brewstrong and you will see why.

I'm an engineer, so believe me I know the value of the metric system.  But thanks to habit/available measuring tools, I prefer to cook/brew in english.  I make starters in metric though, 100g/liter.  Way easier.
