Estimated FG using Lactose

I'm compiling a recipe for a sweet stout, and the effects of adding lactose don't appear to be correct.  If I save the lactose for last when entering the ingredients, the estimated FG is 1.012 without lactose, and if I add a pound of lactose, the estimated FG goes down to 1.010.
